Your smiles, your babbles, your everything is just heart warming.

It’s been a while since we spoke, almost a year. I know I have been so busy with everything - mostly talking to you in real life that writing to you was on the back burner.

الحمدلله

I have fixed my site today and I know how to do to basic troubleshooting.

And I sit here on my desk, after wrapping the whole day - with just some quiet moments to get some work done. I am pulled to you again.

If you only understood what you mean to us.

Maybe one day when you have your little baby - with her gentle skin and soft hair rubbing against your face.

I will just ramble today. I just want to let you know how precious you are how wonderful you make me feel.

As an update:

1. You have started running!
2. You have 3.5 teeth now - which you use quite actively!
3. You understand what we say - and you listen to us!
4. You can say السلام عليكم
5. You make dua with your hands
6. You brush your hair
7. You are so articulate with your little hands
8. You have learnt to share your food - you removed your chia sticks from my purse in masjid and shared them with another kid.
9. You play with football now
10. You love strawberries!

I love you Imaanoo…

You bring so much joy to our life. You are just so full of life and happiness. I can’t imagine my life without you. الحمدلله

I am so blessed - so so blessed to be your mom.

There’s so many amazing things you do, I remember them when you are asleep.

Can you believe it? I miss you when you go to sleep.

You are growing up so fast.. and you are so amazing!

You wake up happy! And go to sleep HAPPY! الحمدلله

ما شاء الله

We feel blessed to have you! Truly.

May الله give you a few brothers and sisters soon!

What else do I tell you Imaan?

I have been busy with my Sunday Sessions, guiding people, helping them and learning Arabic

Life is hectic.

You don’t give me much time or space to do anything without you. The few hours that I get - I cook, clean and study.

But that is okay. Sometimes I am not sure what is happening - it’s going so fast..

Pretty soon you will be a grown up - you will make your own decisions and choose your path.

I wonder where you will go, what you will do. How can we give you the best of the knowledge that الله has given us?

How will you put it to use?

Will you out do your parents?

Sometimes I am afraid what if you go astray? Despite everything we did?

إن شاءاللّٰه

I will teach to make dua for your hidayah always! Always!

It’s pretty late now. I should hit the bed.

But my love - you will be hearing a lot from mama now!
